This is a fun recipe that the kids can help make too!
Ingredients:
- 2 celery sticks
- 4 tablespoons reduced fat cream cheese
- 24 sultanas
Method:
1. Wash the celery and pat dry with paper towels. Using a small vegetable knife, trim the ends.
2. Using a bread and butter knife, fill the celery sticks with the cream cheese.
3. Cut each of the filled celery sticks into ‘logs’ about 5 cm long.
4. Arrange the celery logs on a serving plate, top with the sultanas and serve.

Apricot, sesame and cranberry biscuits (sourced from taste.com)
Ingredients:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
Place the butter, sugar, golden syrup and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until the butter melts. Remove from heat. Stir in the bicarbonate of soda. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
Step 3
Combine the oats, flour and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Add the butter mixture, apricots and craisins, and stir until well combined.
Step 4
Roll tablespoonful's of the mixture into balls. Place, 5cm apart, on the lined trays. Use a fork to flatten slightly. Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until light golden. Set aside on the trays for 5 minutes to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 100g unsalted butter

- 150g (1 cup) plain flour
- 40g (1/4 cup) sesame seeds
- 110g (2/3 cup) chopped dried apricots
- 100g (2/3 cup) craisins (dried cranberries)

- Any dried fruit
- Shredded coconut
- Oats
- Pretzels
- Rice crackers
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
- Yoghurt (optional)
- Anything that you like, but please remember NO NUTS!!!!
Method:
- Combine ingredients
- Mix
- Drizzle with honey
- Portion into snack sized containers
- Mix with yoghurt prior to eating if desired
- Enjoy!
